The mini-cold war resurrected by President Bush’s arrogance and — absence of intellect — continued today. AP - Russian President Vladimir Putin, bitterly opposed to a U.S. missile shield in Eastern Europe, told President Bush on Thursday that he would not object if the system were located in Azerbaijan.
President Bush’s response was: “Interesting proposal — we have to have our experts look at it.” That’s no in Mr. Bush’s vernacular.
