FBI Overstepped in Collecting Data - Again

Breaking! Breaking! Breaking! The FBI has discovered it is violating wiretapping and data collection laws. Sound familiar? At first, I thought the WaPo made a mistake and republished a previous article from March - I’m not kidding. Well it’s similar, you could almost take a March article (there were multiple) and just replace the numbers, although today they are substantially different.
In March, the FBI reported 22 violations of surveillance and data collection laws; yesterday that number changed to more than 1,000 violations after reviewing a mere 10 percent of the national security investigations. So, what will the number be in September?
