Virginia -

KNOW ALOT - and believe me the lawyers have been busy. By sending in reputable law firms, the guys at the top of “legal america” have been given a big dose of reality!!

Anything you want to pass on? I'd love to hear it.

Be of good cheer . the WH and the OLC are on the run.

The fire works have already begun and there will be NO running out the clock.

Yes, we have the FCC, the DoE ( a huge repository of info "Hidden" by Cheney) to clean up - those are the hardest. But someone others will be relatively easy if every BuZh appointee who can be is fired in January. The Federal Elections people another place to go right away and undo the damage.

I KNOW ALOT - and believe me the lawyers have been busy. By sending in reputable law firms, the guys at the top of "legal america" have been given a big dose of reality!!

More lawsuite will be filed against Hillary Rodhurst Clinton and Bill Clinton.

This is THE MOST HISTORIC YEAR in human history.

Every good website is being messed with btw . mine included. Mine gets messed with continual!! LOL. The more you are messed with the better job you are doing!!

I am just lucky in that some google webmaster seems to think I am funny and keeps indexing my pages!! LOL He reads me about a half an hour a day in Mountain View.

Keep on slapping visualize all the GOOD STUFF YA WANNA SEE. We have made a huge huge difference .. of that I am certain.

Virginia,

It's amazing, for lack of a better word, that the overwhelming majority of Congressional Members continue to revoke what obviously the majority of Americans wants. And to do so ad nauseam. But we might as well expect the trend to continue until the next administration takes over, and even then rooting out the corruption in Congress will not be easy nor quick.

The decision on who will be the next Attorney General will be equally as important as deciding the next president. Many have suggested John Edwards should be the next AG, which I think would be a good idea, but to some extent I think there's more emotion driving that sentiment than objectivity. And yes, I stand equally guilty.

While I would like to see Edwards have some important role in the next administration, I have recently come to believe that Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) may be a better candidate. He's sharp as a tack, tenacious, provocative, fair, and more importantly appears to be deeply concerned about the erosion of the Constitution and the dismantling of the Justice Department over the past 7 years.

Unfortunately, the next administration is going to have a very tough job, maybe unprecedented with the exceptions of post-civil war and the Depression. The issues facing the country -- terrorism, two wars, the economy, etc. -- are huge, but then there's the added job of cleaning up the mess that George Bush will leave behind, which I think are far greater than publicly known today.

BTW, if you are wondering why your comments are not appearing immediately after posting, for some unknown reason, the comment spam-filter is catching them. When that happens it may be several hours before I catch it. Haven't had a chance yet to see why they're being caught, but just thought I should let you know.

Yes, many go into the law thinking it puts them ABOVE the law - I married a guy like that!! How do you stay out of jail if you are a crook? Become a LAAAAAAAAAW yer.

However, to progress we simply must put a leash on these really bad ones in the DoJ, the CIA, the DoE, the FCC, the State Department, the FOURTH branch of government and a few other rich, ripe places or soon will will all be toast and not just glow worms.

Great blog, but you know that.

Ain't it just ducky what transpired in the Senate yesterday?

What I failed to believe is the way that people rushed out to send Reid and Dodd checks for standing up for their rights!! Unbelievable. As they most certainly did not. The only thing accomplished was that more are aware of how seriously threatened people like Sen. Webber actually are - and that HiLIARy is not going to stand up for them - she would rather get her campaign coffer$ pumped up than to actually be accountable to We the People.

So many excuses made for Bad Behaviour. Dodd COULD Have done the promised filibuster despite Cloture and taken the arrest and been an actual hero. Reid could obviously shown some leadership and ensure that this did not pass instead of saying "oh, Qwest were good boys" . who cares?

The point is these guys get PAID to defend the Constitution, they take an oath to defend to the Supreme Law of the land.

The whole picture seems to slide by everyone, and the minutae and confused thinking has won the day.

Sigh.

Waiting patiently for your next post on this. Yesterday was very black day for many of us.

I've posted ideas on how to avoid IMMUNITY for Bush recently. Why would I not be worried about that?
