Clinton Becomes GOP Standard Bearer

Hillary Clinton’s disgraceful, pathetic presser today provides unequivocal proof she has abandoned the Democratic Party and what few values and ethics she claimed to posses. In a disgusting display, she denigrated Barack Obama, exalted John McCain as the future Commander in Chief, and glorified her self-proclaimed beatification status.

Clinton went so far as shamelessly herald her national security bona fides - pillow talk with former President Clinton.

Watch it.

The video has three parts; the transcript for the first two parts are below.  The third and final part is…well, I’ll just refer to it as a summation that may be a bit cynical and ironic.

Transcript:

"Look, I have said that Sen. McCain will bring a lifetime of experience, uh, to the campaign. I will bring a lifetime of experience and Sen. Obama will bring a speech that he gave in 2002. I think that is a significant difference. I think that since we now know Sen. McCain will.

"I think that since we now know Sen. McCain will be the nominee for the Republican, uh, Party, national security will be front and center in this election. We all know that. And I think it’s imperative that each of us be able to demonstrate we can cross the commander-in-chief threshold, uh, and I believe that I’ve done that. Certainly, Sen. McCain has done that and – and you’ll have to ask Sen. Obama, uh, with respect to his candidacy.

"Obviously I was there for a lot of, uh, phone calls at different times of the day and night, uh, and I have a very clear idea of what it takes, ah, to be prepared and ready, to not only answer the phone, but then to make the decisions that, ah, are required depending upon what, uh, the crisis is."
