Clinton’s flip-flop fear-mongering

Here’s a list of the events Hillary Clinton references in her fear-mongering "Kitchen" ad.

• The 1929 stock market crash
• Japan’s bombing of Pearl Harbor
• The 1962 Cuban missile crisis
• The gas shortages in the 70’s
• Osama bin Laden
• Katrina

It’s disgraceful. Democrats have decried George Bush and the Rethugs for doing the same thing for more seven years. There is no difference in the message delivered in Hillary Clinton’s ad than in this ad the Rethugs put out on FISA two months ago.

As I noted earlier, Bill Clinton rebuked fear-mongering against John Kerry in 2004.
